PARKING WAIVER REQUEST:  The interactive PARKING WAIVER REQUEST FORM can be found under "Forms", at the bottom of this page.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:  The following permits may be purchased online with credit cards:  parking permits ($20 per car), boat rack permits ($40 for 1st & $60 for 2nd), and sign permits ($50).

 

If you are purchasing a parking permit, please send a copy of your automobile registration. If you are purchasing a sign permit, please send a copy of the application signed by the homeowner.  These may be faxed or emailed.    Fax:  516 692-4198.     Email: contactus@laurelhollow.org.

 

Please note that a service fee will be assessed on all credit card payments. The Village does not receive any portion of the service fee.  Payments may continue to be made by cash or check without imposition of a service fee.

This is the link for credit card payments for certain permits, such as parking, rack, signs
Documents:
Use this form to obtain a permit to open a street or the unpaved portion of the right-of-way.  If you are a public utility, or are working on behalf of a public utility, you must also complete and submit the appropriate Nassau County Assessment form for Public Utility work, available on this website.
Use this package of forms when making an application to the Building Department for new construction of a principal or accessory structure, additions and alterations to existing structures, including decks and sheds, demolition of principal or accessory buldings, installation or removal of swimming pools, sports courts, fences, generators, drainage, cesspools, miscellaneous upgrades to plumbing, electrical and/or heating systems, roof replacement, driveway alterations, etc.  Please call the Village Hall if you are unsure as to whether a permit is required for any work you are contemplating, as additional fees may apply if work is comenced prior to issuance of a permit.  YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE ZONING ANALYSIS SPREADSHEET, FOUND BELOW.

This spreadsheet must be completed, printed, signed and sealed, and submitted with all applications for building permit.  Please complete all areas with tan background.  The percentages, with yellow background, will self-calculate using the information provided.

Use this form to request a waiver from parking restrictions. 

 

Certain streets in the Village may not accomodate on-street parking, such as Laurel Hollow Road and White Oak Tree Road.  Please provide adequate notice so that, if your request cannot be accomodated, we can contact you to let you know.
