FAQs: When is the beach open? The Village has a license to operate the beach, which is owned by the Town of Oyster Bay.  The beach is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., provided lifeguards are on duty.  Please check the signs posted at the beach.  You must have a parking permit to park in either lot at the beach.  The fine for parking without a permit is a minimum of $50.00.
